What comes up in your mind when you see a ‘pomegranate’? It’s just a fruit but one can have different perspectives on one single image. I also have some different perceptions.
The first thing which comes into my mind is ‘blood’. Yeah blood, because whenever there is a low hemoglobin in our body, the doctor suggests us to eat and drink pomegranate’s juice. Some people can connect it with different elements also as per their personal experiences. In terms of different symbol, I see it in slightly different way.
Looking like holding and binding a lot of stuffs together and stand stiff which symbolizes as a person holding so much of patience or having lot of talents inside and still standing quite. Some people don’t showoff their talent until the right time comes. Pomegranate teaches us in many ways. We can learn how to be stiff. If we have so much goodness and something which we can share with others for their benefits, then we should do it without thinking anything else. Better to prove yourself in your actions rather than in your words.
There is a phrase which says, “never judge a book by its cover”. The conclusion is, we should not judge anyone by his/her appearance as we have no idea what a person can be from inside. Today I had a session on business writing where got different assignments in which we did visual analysis. In that assignment we had to write a story on the basis of the visual which was there on the screen.
The purpose of writing this blog is to tell the readers that there is nothing right or wrong when it comes to a visual analysis. Every person has their own perception about everything. It is much about how you see an image. So what is your story about a pomegranate?
